How do we sign up to be a OnePlace Supplier?

I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

How can I change the email address for my account?

What is the cost of OnePlace?

Do you offer a free trial of being a OnePlace supplier?

There is a Basic package which allows you to provide your product data to OnePlace and in turn Merchants are able to download the data. The Basic package does not allow any changes to be made within OnePlace to the product data and does not include the ordering element. Also, you can request a 30 day free trial of the Professional Plus package.

Can I just sign up for the PIM or Ordering only?

Each paid package includes an element of the PIM and ordering, however you can choose the best package that suits your needs. Click here to be directed to the Packages page which displays a matrix of each package.
