How do we sign up to be a OnePlace Merchant?

What is the cost of OnePlace?

There is no charge for an NMBS Merchant to use OnePlace.

Can I download product data that Suppliers have provided?

Yes, OnePlace allows product data to be manually downloaded in multiple formats. The data can be also be set up to automatically export via Channels on a frequency of your choosing.

Are there any additional benefits of using OnePlace to place orders with Suppliers?

Some Suppliers will offer additional rebates or discount when an order is placed via OnePlace. You will also be able to view the order documentation at any time from purchase order through to tracking information where provided by the Supplier.

I don't want to re-enter my orders, what can I do?

Straight Through Ordering is now live on OnePlace, enabling you to send the order directly from your back office to the supplier via OnePlace without having to re-enter the order details.

What is order mapping and how does this work?

Order mapping is a process that allows us to take a purchase order PDF (with selectable text), and tell OnePlace where to look on the purchase order to find the necessary information (including purchase order number, product codes, and buyer details) to automatically create your order.
